Return Policy 

The return policy that applies to all our other merchandise
on the web site does not apply to shoes.

 No returns accepted for shoes. 

I am sure you will agree, no one would want to buy a pair
of shoes that have been worn by some one else. 

If the goods are provided in error, or found defective, you must ensure that
the goods are returned to us using a recorded delivery service at your cost.

We will refund the recorded delivery service cost in addition to any refunds.  

Shoes and boots are shipped from a different location than all other item's on the site

Shipped Via UPS Ground included in U.S. shipping

UPS second day (Priority) and overnight, extra charge will be added and
will not appear on Invoice

No direct delivery to a P O Box
We will have the item shipped to us in NY then we will ship to your P O Box. Additional charge will be added (US usually $4.99).
